Description

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Design test cases, scenarios, and datasets reflecting real execution workflows.
  • Create repeatable validation scenarios covering normal operations and stress, boundary, and failure conditions.
  • Execute manual and automated tests as appropriate
  • Maintain clear documentation of test results, defects, and validation outcomes.
  • Validate the system and/or agents against functional, behavior, execution requirements
  • Test end-to-end workflows, model inference, and system integrations.
  • Verify correctness, consistency, and explainability of outputs.
  • Identify failure models, edge cases, and unexpected behaviors.
  • Validate AI solution execution across different hardware environments, including:
    • GPU vs CPU
    • Different GPU models and memory configurations
    • On-premise or virtualized environments
  • Test performance, stability, and resource utilization under varying loads.
  • Identify hardware-related constraints affecting behavior and reliability.
  • Document testing procedures, results, and troubleshooting reports. 
  • Identify, log, and track bugs in systems like TFS or Azure, providing detailed reports to developers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to review designs and provide feedback on product quality.

 

Who You Are:

  • A hands-on test engineer who enjoys validating complex systems
  • Previous experience in quality assurance (QA), software testing, or hardware validation
  • Comfortable testing systems where software, models, and hardware intersect
  • Detailed-oriented, analytical, and execution-focused
  • Curious about how AI systems behave under real-world constraints

 

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, IT, or any related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, system validation or quality engineering

  • Strong knowledge of test design techniques:

    • Functional testing

    • Regression testing

    • Performance testing

    • Scenario-based and edge-case testing

  • Defect tracking and root-cause analysis

  • Experience with manual and automated testing approaches

  • Experience working with production or execution-critical systems

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in AI or ML-based solutions.

  • Familiarity with LLMs, inference pipelines, or agent-based systems.

  • Experience in validating systems across different hardware platforms (CPU/GPU).

  • Working knowledge of python for test scripts or validation tools.

  • Exposure to industrial automation, OT, or control systems.

  • Experience testing in on-prem, virtualized, or cloud environments.
