Job Summary
We are seeking a strategically oriented, highly organized, and creatively proficient Marketing Manager to oversee the global offline and digital presence of company brands. This critical role is responsible for end-to-end Exhibition Management and the strategic development of company WeChat Ecosystem, with the core objective of enhancing brand authority, expanding market penetration, and driving high-quality lead generation to support the company’s long-term business objectives.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Lead the full lifecycle of industry trade shows and corporate events, covering booth strategy, vendor management, on-site execution, stakeholder coordination, lead tracking and performance analysis, to maximize event ROI.
• Manage daily operation and strategic growth of WeChat Official Account and Video Channel, including content planning, copywriting, visual optimization and fan engagement, to elevate account influence and user activity.
• Develop and execute integrated content calendars, aligning offline events with online digital campaigns for consistent brand messaging, tone and visual identity across all channels.
• Build and optimize the company’s private traffic pool (WeChat groups), enhance user interaction via campaigns, live streaming and social CRM, to improve user loyalty and conversion.
• Lead the production of marketing collaterals including digital posters, short video scripts, bilingual press releases and brand materials, ensuring professionalism and brand consistency.
• Source, evaluate and manage external partners (design, booth construction, PR agencies), ensuring quality delivery, on-time completion and budget compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs for exhibitions and WeChat operations, conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Uphold brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing activities and materials maintain the company’s professional, high-end brand image and global standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in marketing communications (Marcom), event management, and digital marketing, with preferred experience in B2B or premium B2C industries.
• Expert-level proficiency in WeChat backend operations, as well as in-depth understanding of TikTok, Little Red Book, and the latest digital marketing trends in the Chinese market.
• Demonstrated capability in managing complex logistics for large-scale exhibitions, effectively prioritizing tasks, and meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional English writing and editing abilities, with the capacity to independently create and refine bilingual marketing content.
