Cost Management and Optimization: Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify areas to optimize costs, cost reduction and improve operational efficiencies. Act as a co-pilot with operational teams to understand and influence cost drivers. · Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regional requirements. Support both the Corporate and Business teams with internal control processes specific to the Operations function. § Inventory Management: Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes. Provide recommendations for inventory control to minimize losses and optimize working capital. Collaborate with operational teams to reconcile physical inventory counts. § Standard Costing: Improve and maintain standard costing processes for the manufacturing sites. Establish and update standard costs for materials, labor and overhead. Make suggestions on improvements to existing processes & procedures around cost analysis, standard costing process, budgeting and inventory management. § Financial Planning and Strategy: Lead the financial planning process for manufacturing and supply chain operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial and ad-hoc analysis in collaboration with plant management teams in coordination with regional Finance and Ops teams.
