Senior Ai Engineer – Fintech

Hands-on senior AI role focused on designing, building, and deploying scalable AI systems for fintech use cases. The role partners closely with PE leadership and product teams to architect production-grade wealth management solutions with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities at this Role

• Design real-time and batch AI models for fraud detection, credit scoring, and customer analytics

• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment

• Optimize model accuracy, latency, and scalability against defined business KPIs

• Deploy production-grade AI systems with monitoring and version control

• Collaborate with data, backend, and product teams for seamless integration

• Evaluate models through A/B testing and continuous performance benchmarking

• Candidates from Fintech Product Development companies only.

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution (e.g., IITs, NITs, BITS, or globally recognized universities).

• 7-9 years hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in fintech or financial services

• Advanced proficiency in Python for production-grade ML development

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or XGBoost

• Applied experience in NLP, time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, or graph ML

• Strong understanding of MLOps including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring

• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML workloads
