Job Responsibilities
- A high-impact research and development initiative is seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in machine learning and recommendation systems. The selected candidate will play a key role in building and optimizing deep learning models tailored to specific domains such as gaming and media, with deployment at scale via cloud-based MLOps infrastructure.
- Design and optimize cutting-edge deep learning recommendation systems for real-world applications.
- Implement scalable machine learning solutions using cloud environments (e.g., Azure) and platforms like Databricks.
- Develop domain-specific recommendation models, particularly for gaming and media-related use cases.
- Stay abreast of advancements in machine learning, recommendation algorithms, and AI development tools.
- Contribute to end-to-end workflows including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Candidates who have completed or are in the final year of a Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline are strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or NLP, with exposure to large language models (LLMs).
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Background in data analysis, business reporting, and insight generation.
- Experience with on-device model deployment is highly valued.
- Solid grasp of MLOps tools and practices, including model lifecycle management in Databricks.
- Demonstrated success in developing and deploying deep learning recommendation systems.
- Ability to tailor machine learning models for specialized use in gaming and media sectors.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
