Duties & Responsibilities

Improve existing Machine learning models for text and image processing.
<\/div>
<\/div>
GPT prompt engineering to improve performance and accuracy.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Deploy and optimize ML and AI modules and pipeline.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Collaborate with other Business and Technology units to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability.

Requirements<\/h3>Basic Qualifications
<\/div>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
<\/div>Proficient in data analytics; structured and unstructured data processing
<\/div>2 -5 years of hands -on experience to train, tune & evaluate and deploy machine learning models.
<\/div>Demonstrated success in development and design of large -scale big data systems that perform complex event processing, machine learning and/or data mining
<\/div>Experience building applications on one or more public Cloud Platform (e.g., Azure, GCP)
<\/div>Expertise in advanced Python and SQL programming.
<\/div>Knowledge with orchestration tools (e.g., Databricks, ADF) for workflow management
<\/div>Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams while managing multiple priorities
<\/div>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
<\/div>
<\/div>Preferred Qualifications
<\/div>Experience working with data processing frameworks (e.g., PySpark)
<\/div>Experience with recent Large language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision models
<\/div>Experience with Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT prompt engineering and backend LLMs.
