We have an urgent requirement for Technical Lead / Technical Manager (Java with AI Experience) with our client based at Chennai location
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead / Technical Manager with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka. AI integration and implementation experience is ideal for the candidate.
Cloud knowledge and frameworks like Struts are an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable applications.
- Guide and mentor team members, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
- Take ownership of architecture, system design, and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to define requirements and solutions.
- Drive improvements in processes, DevOps practices, and deployment pipelines.
- Implement AI/ML integrations and monitor their business impact.
Required Skills
- Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Kafka or other event-driven systems
- REST APIs, distributed systems concepts
- AI/ML - Integration details, use cases addressed, and implemented and outcomes achieved
Added Advantage:

- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
