The Role & Your Impact

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, stable, and reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems across the plant. Your impact includes:

• On-site Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Maintenance
  Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes, valves, motors, MCCs, VFDs, field instruments, and control valves.
• Preventive Maintenance Execution
  Perform inspections, lubrication, tightening, functional testing, and instrument calibration. Identify and escalate potential issues and document findings.
• SAP Equipment Master Data Support
  Verify field equipment against drawings, maintain accurate equipment data, support PM plan setup, and help manage BOMs by linking wear parts correctly.
• Spare Parts Usage Feedback
  Record replacement frequency and spare part usage to support inventory optimization and data accuracy.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Education

• College degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair common faults.
• Strong safety knowledge (e.g., LOTO).
• Ability to read P&IDs, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and instrument loop diagrams.
• SAP PM or equipment master data experience preferred.

IT & Personal Capabilities

• Basic SAP familiarity, plus good Excel and Word skills.
• Practical, reliable, safety‑focused, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to work in a dual role (on‑site maintenance + SAP data support).

Ways of Working / Working Conditions

• Working hours: 8:00–16:30
• Work model: Fully on‑site (factory environment)
• Physical demands: Routine equipment checks, lifting of parts, and frequent walking/standing
• Environment: Industrial setting with noise, machinery, and temperature variations
• Flexibility: Occasional overtime may be required depending on maintenance needs
