Job Description:

Position:        Manager - AI & ERP System

Location:       Gandhidham

Experience:   7 - 8 Years

Industries:    Shipping/Marine

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the end-to-end integration of AI models (e.g.. forecasting, anomaly 

    detection) into Microsoft Dynamics BC ERP, ensuring compatibility with ancillary digital tools like Power BI, Azure services, and third-party APIs.
  • Design and implement AI-driven automations to optimize core business processes, including supply chain predictive maintenance, financial forecasting, HR talent analytics, and operational workflow efficiencies.
  • Manage system scalability, performance monitoring, and upgrades to support growing data volumes and user demands across enterprise functions.
  • Maintain robust user rights management, configuring role-based access controls (RBAC) in ERP systems strictly per the group & DOA matrix, including regular audits for compliance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to identify AI-ERP opportunities, conduct impact assessments, and deliver customized solutions that enhance decision-making.
  • Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of AI-ERP integration issues and ensure uptime working with AMC partner and MS . Stay abreast of emerging AI and ERP technologies, evaluating and piloting innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Develop training programs and documentation for end-users on AI-enhanced ERP features, fostering adoption and best practices. Ensure data governance, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and ethical
  • AI usage within ERP ecosystems.

 Required Skills

  • Business process knowledge is required in service, manufacturing, trading, and projects-based industries.
  • Knowledge of accounting, taxation, foreign exchange, banking, and financial
  • reporting is a must. Knowledge of international standards, production process,
  • CRM, and supply chain management is a plus.

Required Qualification: - B.E./B.Tech - AI/IT/Data Science

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
