Key Account Manager, Shanghai M/F
· Contribute to the sales strategy on assigned Corporate Accounts portfolio growth objectives
· Ensure the development and maintenance of customer relationships and enhance overall client portfolio, safeguard sales revenue and ensure customer satisfaction
· Ensure the identification and targeting of opportunities with customized propositions
· Gather, consolidate, analyse and report management information
· Drive behavior towards strategic engagement and value creation for assigned portfolio of accounts and strategic targets;

· Steer, develop and motivate the local account managers to sell, maintain and support the assigned clients
- University degree or equivalent
- Have senior level management experience, as well as be familiar with the principles and practise of supply chain management.
- Sales experience and working knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry preferred.
- Familiarity with the financial aspects of the relevant local economy as well as international market conditions and trends, and international business issues, including currency factors and cultural differences.
- Good negotiation techniques
- Good sales techniques; concept sales, customer psychology and purchasing patterns
- Project management skills
- Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, etc.
- Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customer and other contacts
- Excellent presentation techniques
