Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in automation, systems implementation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of AI and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, N8N, Airtable, ChatGPT, or similar platforms)
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable, tech-driven solutions
• Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI use, and basic system integration concepts (APIs, workflows, databases)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, design, and implementation of AI and automation solutions across CIIT’s administrative and operational processes
• Act as the central liaison between departments and IT, translating business needs into practical AI-enabled workflows
• Analyze existing processes and recommend automation opportunities that reduce manual work, improve turnaround time, and increase accuracy
• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using approved platforms (e.g., N8N, Make, Zapier, Airtable, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and related tools)
• Drive adoption of AI tools by conducting training sessions, creating usage guidelines, and providing ongoing support to faculty and staff
• Monitor performance of deployed solutions, ensuring reliability, usability, and continuous improvement
• Establish basic governance practices for AI usage, including responsible use, data handling awareness, and alignment with institutional policies
• Evaluate and recommend new AI tools or technologies that can enhance CIIT’s operational efficiency and innovation capability
• Pilot and explore advanced AI applications (e.g., agentic AI) with clear use cases and measurable impact before scaling
• Prepare regular reports on AI initiatives, including adoption rates, efficiency gains, and implementation progress for leadership review
