Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a particular emphasis on generative techniques. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing our AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models, particularly in the area of Generative AI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI.
  • Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the AI/ML team.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for AI/ML projects.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Generative AI techniques and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and analysis.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applications.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Generative AI.
  • Proven track record of successful AI/ML project delivery.
