Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance while leveraging AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure components including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Implement and oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to automate processes and improve system performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in infrastructure management and AI technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in infrastructure management (2-5 years).
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their application in IT infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified\: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
