About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact ERP & AI Systems Integration Engineer (Epicor/Claude) to lead the integration of ERP systems, automate reporting workflows, and build AI-powered tools using Claude (Anthropic). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building from scratch, connecting systems, and delivering real business impact across sales, operations, and manufacturing.

Work set-up: 100% Work from home
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: Aligned with US East Coast  EDT (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time)

What you’ll do

• Integrate and optimize workflows across Epicor ERP and internal systems

• Build ETL pipelines (Epicor → transformation → reporting outputs) to automate manual processes such as sales and margin reporting

• Develop and deploy AI-powered tools using Claude API, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and RAG-based solutions

• Automate recurring reports (e.g., Sales Gross Margin Reports) and ensure clean, structured outputs for business use

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions

• Implement data pipelines and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making

• Ensure data integrity, security, and proper handling of credentials and financial data

• Document systems and processes to ensure scalability and maintainability

What You Bring

• Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with Epicor ERP (REST API, BAQ, BPM, DMT, reporting layer) or other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

• Proficiency in Python (pandas, openpyxl, xlsxwriter) and SQL (MS SQL Server)

• Experience building ETL pipelines and automation workflows

• Hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic API), including prompt engineering and AI tool development

• Familiarity with RAG architectures and AI integrations with live data sources

• Domain & Functional Skills

• Understanding of manufacturing, job costing, and gross margin reporting

• Experience translating business requirements into data models and automated solutions

• Strong Excel automation and reporting experience

• Soft Skills

• Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

• Excellent documentation discipline

• High awareness of data security and compliance

 Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools

• Familiarity with workflow schedulers (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Task Scheduler)

• Experience building internal AI tools or applications

• Exposure to Claude artifact/app-building capabilities
