Assoc Maintenance Specialist

1 Have good mechanical or electrical expertise.
2 Understand commonly used mechanical equipment, especially chemical equipment maintenance methods, preventive maintenance, and processes.
3 Understand the safety operation standards and commonly used maintenance tools, machinery, and other technical equipment for inspection and maintenance operations in the chemical industry.
4 Understand the safety technical regulations and commonly used tools and equipment for maintenance operations in the chemical industry.
5 Understand national and chemical industry safety regulations, such as GB30871;
6 Understand the relevant content of Process Safety Management (PSM) in the national and chemical industry;
7 Ability to use commonly used safety management tools in the chemical industry, such as JSA, RCA, 5WHY, etc
8 Must possess certain project management skills.
9 Excellent learning, analysis, and adaptability.
10 Good data statistics and analysis skills.
11 Good customer service awareness, communication and teamwork skills.
12 Good professional ethics and professional ethics.
