Summary
 

We are looking for a Consultant (AI Advisory & Adoption) to help clients move from AI curiosity to real, scaled impact. 

This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, business transformation, and change management. You will work with enterprise and public sector clients to define AI use cases, shape responsible adoption roadmaps, and drive behavioural change across organisations.

Key Responsibilities
 

AI Strategy & Advisory 

  • Advise clients on AI and GenAI opportunities aligned to business priorities. 

  • Identify high-value use cases across functions (operations, customer, workforce, etc.). 

  • Develop AI adoption roadmaps and value cases. 

  • Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on AI strategy and risk. 

 

Solution Shaping & Enablement 

  • Translate AI concepts into practical, scalable business solutions. 

  • Partner with architects and data teams to ensure feasibility and responsible design. 

  • Define operating model, governance, and risk considerations for AI initiatives. 

  • Support pilot design, MVP rollout, and scaling strategies. 

 

Change & Adoption  

  • Develop AI adoption strategies including stakeholder mapping and communications. 

  • Design enablement programs (training, playbooks, usage guidelines). 

  • Drive behavioural change and embed AI into day-to-day workflows. 

  • Track adoption metrics and refine interventions to increase impact. 

 

Client Engagement 

  • Run structured workshops and co-creation sessions. 

  • Present confidently to senior stakeholders. 

  • Craft clear, compelling narratives for leadership audiences. 

  • Build trusted client relationships.

Skills & Experiences 

  • +3–6 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or change. 

  • Exposure to AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives. 

  • Experience working with enterprise or public sector clients in Singapore preferred. 

  • Strong problem framing and structured thinking. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  • Experience running workshops and stakeholder sessions. 

  • Understanding of change management principles (e.g. stakeholder engagement, adoption strategy). 

  • Familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise implementation considerations. 

 

Would be great if you have; 

  • Experience with digital strategy/transformation  

  • Experience in change frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.). 

  • Background in CRM, workplace transformation, or digital operating models.
