About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling US-headquartered SaaS AI startup, we're engineering intelligent automation platforms that help mid-market and enterprise teams streamline workflows, boost pipeline velocity, and unlock revenue through AI-driven sales & customer success tools. Backed by top-tier VCs and serving global clients across North America and APAC, we’re scaling our India-based biz dev team to own outbound growth, channel partnerships, and enterprise GTM motion—all remotely, with full autonomy and impact.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end business development for US SaaS AI products—prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise pipeline across North America
- Build and execute outbound motion: cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and executive email sequences targeting decision-makers in tech, fintech, and SaaS verticals
- Partner with marketing & product to develop AI-led positioning, case studies, and pitch assets that convert prospects into qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with CSM and Sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs, pipeline alignment, and post-sales expansion planning
- Track, report, and optimize conversion metrics across prospecting → qualified lead → closed-won using Salesforce/HubSpot and internal dashboards
- Represent Mindtel at virtual industry events, webinars, and partner ecosystems to drive brand visibility and inbound leads
