| Job Purpose |
Bajaj Finserv’s Digital Platform consolidates all products and services into a single, advanced digital ecosystem. The vision is to build a highly efficient, intelligent intelligent Consumer AI platform that delivers seamless, personalized, and scalable access to all BFL offerings. The Unit Manager will manage the day-to-day operational execution of AI-enabled digital initiatives within a defined unit under the assigned cluster. This role ensures tasks are completed on time, issues are resolved promptly, and delivery quality meets platform standards. Key objective: Translate cluster-level plans into actionable work for team members, track progress, and support seamless delivery of AI-driven product features. |
| Duties and Responsibilities |
• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives within assigned cluster(s), ensuring alignment with the Digital Platform Product Manager’s roadmap. • Coordinate with business COEs, IT, Design, Data Science, and Marketing teams to execute AI-enabled product features. • Monitor timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation across initiatives; escalate risks and bottlenecks proactively. • Track product performance metrics and AI impact, reporting progress and insights to the Lead. • Facilitate creation and refinement of user stories, functional documentation, and test cases in collaboration with stakeholders. • Drive adherence to platform standards, minimal-click journeys, and AI-first design principles. • Support integration of AI/ML models and data pipelines into production, ensuring smooth execution and operational stability. |

| Required Qualifications and Experience |
Qualifications & Experience: • 2 years of experience in digital product delivery, platform operations, or technology project management. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and end-to-end product initiatives. • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled digital products is preferred. • Experience in financial services/fintech platforms is a plus. Technical & Product Skills: • Understanding of digital platform architecture, APIs, and AI integration. • Ability to translate business and AI requirements into operational deliverables. • Familiarity with agile, scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks. Leadership & Stakeholder Skills: • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. • Capability to mentor and manage a small team, ensuring timely delivery and quality. • Ability to resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and escalate issues when needed. Risk & Compliance Awareness: • Basic understanding of platform governance, data privacy, and security requirements relevant to AI products. |
