Description
 
Essential Functions
  • Develop and experiment with Generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs).
  • Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM-based applications.
  • Assist in building and testing AI/ML models and GenAI prototypes to solve business problems.
  • Work with large datasets to support model experimentation, evaluation, and improvement.
  • Write efficient and scalable Python code for AI and ML workflows.
  • Work within Linux-based development environments for AI experimentation and model development.
  • Utilize cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP for model experimentation and deployment.
  • Explore and implement agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools for building AI-driven workflows.
  • Support development teams in integrating AI capabilities into applications and systems.
  • Ensure responsible handling of sensitive data including PII/PHI, following organizational data governance policies.
  • Document model experiments, results, and development processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI engineering tools. 
Primary Internal Interactions
  • Review with the Overall Product Manager & AVP for improvements in the product development lifecycle
  • Assessment meeting with VP & above for additional product development features.
Primary External Interactions
  •   Communicate with onshore stakeholder & Executive Team Members.
  •   Work with the onshore support team to communicate progress, delays, risks and planned deliverables

 


Responsibilities

Required Skills – 
•    Familiarity with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, and GenAI application development.
•    Experience working in Linux-based development environments.
•    Basic experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
•    Understanding of machine learning concepts and model development workflows.
•    Awareness of data privacy and secure handling of sensitive data such as PII/PHI.

•    Experience with RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases.
•    Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
•    Exposure to LLM fine-tuning or model customization techniques.
•    Experience with containers and development tools such as Docker.
•    Exposure to MLOps or ML experimentation tools.                                                             
•    Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about emerging AI technologies.
•    Ability to rapidly prototype and experiment with new AI tools and frameworks.
•    Solid software engineering fundamentals and clean coding practices.
•    Willingness to learn and work across AI, cloud, and data engineering environments.
•    Good collaboration skills to work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
•    Passion for building innovative AI-driven solutions using Generative AI technologies.
General Shift – 12 PM to 9 PM
Will be required to extend as per project release needs
