In order to support our business we are looking for an AI-focused Software Engineer.

Position Summary:

This position focuses on the research, design, development and maintenance of AI-oriented software solutions, focusing on integrating AI technologies (such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc.) into software products to improve product intelligence, efficiency and user experience. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams (including product, testing, operation, etc.) to understand business needs, convert them into technical solutions, and promote the iterative optimization of AI-related functions to support the company's technological innovation and market competitiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers to clarify AI-related product requirements, put forward feasible technical suggestions, and promote the rationalization of product functions and technical implementation.
• Focus on the research and application of AI technologies, explore the application scenarios of AI in related business fields, and develop AI-driven core functions (such as intelligent recommendation, data prediction, intelligent recognition, etc.).
• Follow up the latest trends and technologies in the field of AI and software development, introduce advanced technical methods, and continuously improve the technical level of the team and products.
• Leverage AI capabilities to create and maintain technical documentation, including development specifications, test plans, and user manuals, ensuring consistency, standardization, and full traceability across all technical deliverables.
• Other work: Independently complete the tasks assigned by the superior leaders on time.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related majors; master's degree is preferred.
• Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant software development experience, with experience in AI-related project development (machine learning, deep learning projects) is preferred; Have certain application experience in the textile industry is preferred; fresh graduates with excellent professional ability can also be considered.

Professional Skills:

• proficiency in C#, Expertise in SQL Server database deployment and application. Familiar with other programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, VB.NET, etc.).
• Proven experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps as platform for the development process.
• Proven experience applying AI technologies within software development, along with professional knowledge of widely used AI frameworks.
• Master the process of software development, have good coding habits, and be able to write clean, efficient and maintainable code.
• Understand software testing principles and methods, and be able to complete unit testing and integration testing independently.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
