About the Role

We are looking for an English-speaking AI Crowd Sourcer to support large-scale AI data projects.

This role focuses on high-volume sourcing, creative outreach, and fast execution in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.

This is not a traditional recruitment role. Success in this position depends on curiosity, agility, and ownership, rather than years of experience.

What You Will Do

· Source and engage AI contributors across multiple online channels and communities

· Explore, test, and scale sourcing channels (social media, forums, niche communities, job boards, etc.)

· Create and refine outreach messages to improve response and conversion rates

· Work effectively with shifting priorities, tight timelines, and incomplete information

· Track basic performance signals (response rates, drop-offs, volume) and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly

· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet project delivery goals

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have

· Fluent English (written and spoken)

· Experience in high-volume environments (agency, BPO, call center, recruitment, marketing operations, or similar)

· Comfortable handling repetitive work at scale while maintaining quality

· Strong ownership mindset: proactive and able to act without perfect instructions

· Coachable and adaptable; open to feedback and quick iteration

· Curious and resourceful; actively uses social media and online communities and enjoys experimenting with sourcing approaches

· Background in marketing, market expansion, or digital outreach

· Experience working with basic data and metrics to guide decisions

· Familiarity with crowdsourcing, recruitment platforms, or community-based sourcing
