These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Those in Oracle NetSuite at PwC will focus on delivering consulting services for digital finance solutions using Oracle technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements, and then design and implement Oracle-based digital finance solutions. Working in this area, you will provide advice in areas such as financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and financial operations optimization, enabling clients to enhance their financial management capabilities and achieve their business goals.

NetSuite Senior Manager

Job Description

As a Senior Manager for NetSuite, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and effective execution of NetSuite initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the NetSuite environment to support business goals, leading technical teams, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that optimize performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of complex business requirements and oversee the design and implementation of advanced technical solutions using the SuiteCloud platform.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and multiple departments to understand strategic priorities, identify improvement opportunities, and develop comprehensive NetSuite solutions that drive business growth.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of NetSuite developers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance.
• Oversee the development and deployment of customized scripts, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and reports to enhance the NetSuite environment’s capabilities.
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of current and new workflows, customizations, and integration processes.
• Own end-user training programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of NetSuite solutions across the organization.
• Lead the management and support of third-party integrations (APIs) with NetSuite, including but not limited to SpeedTax, Pacejet, Valogix, DocuSign, Act-On, and future add-ons.
• Proactively monitor the NetSuite environment to identify system issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain best practices, governance frameworks, and compliance standards for NetSuite platform usage.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align NetSuite initiatives with broader technology strategies and organizational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging NetSuite-related technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of ERP innovation.
• Perform other duties as assigned, taking ownership of NetSuite-related projects and initiatives at the strategic level.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior NetSuite developer or administration role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Deep expertise with the SuiteCloud Platform (SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow) and NetSuite ERP functionalities.
• Strong understanding of ERP operational processes and how NetSuite supports business workflows.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems via APIs and managing third-party applications.
• Proficiency in web development technologies (JSP/Servlets, DHTML, JavaScript) and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL).
• Knowledge of XML/XSL, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, REST), and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• NetSuite Certification(s) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
