As a Senior Product Associate in Claims, Disputes, Fraud Operations, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing processes with AI augmentation. You are expected to support the design and architecture of the solutions while focusing on various stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Job responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and designers, to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- 2+ years of engineering or equivalent technical exposure in Python and Cloud software such as AWS
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition with demonstrable expertise of managing projects through AI Copilots, JIRA, Excel, Confluence.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to positively influence technology teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering for agents/assistants, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), RAG, and HITL in Agentic Ecosystems.
Knowledge of AI/LLM and data product lifecycle, including discovery, data processing, model development, model deployment, and model monitoring through Evals.
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy using SQL.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Previous experience in scaling operations with digital products preferred
- Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
