JOB DESCRIPTION:YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE, AI OPERATIONS & ENABLEMENT
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
- Support the execution and adoption of AI initiatives across the Commercial organization by working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and the AI Transformation team to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and commercial decision-making.
- Partner with Commercial teams including Revenue Management, Pricing, Scheduling, Network Planning, Marketing, Loyalty, Sales, Distribution, and Ancillary Revenue to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Support the implementation and rollout of AI-enabled solutions including automated reporting, AI copilots, workflow automation, forecasting enhancements, customer analytics, productivity tools, and commercial dashboards.
- Collaborate with ICT, Data, Product, Engineering, and business teams to gather requirements, document workflows, coordinate testing activities, and support successful AI implementation initiatives.
- Assist in improving Commercial reporting, analytics, and insight generation by working with datasets, dashboards, AI tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Support AI literacy and enablement initiatives by helping users understand practical AI applications, responsible usage, and adoption of AI-enabled workflows within day-to-day operations.
- Help identify opportunities to reduce manual work, streamline repetitive processes, and improve operational efficiency through AI and automation solutions.
- Ensure AI-related activities follow organizational standards relating to governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Provide operational and project support for ongoing Commercial AI transformation initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Aviation, Economics, or other equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in AI, analytics, automation, digital transformation, commercial operations, consulting, or business technology environments: 3+ years
- Exposure to AI tools, Generative AI platforms, automation solutions, predictive analytics, dashboarding tools, or digital workflow platforms.
- Experience supporting business stakeholders and cross-functional project teams in operational or transformation initiatives.
- Experience within airlines, aviation, travel, e-commerce, loyalty, digital platforms, or consumer technology businesses is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of data analytics, AI workflow automation, SQL, reporting tools, dashboarding platforms, prompt engineering, and business process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly curious, adaptable, execution-focused, and eager to learn emerging AI and digital capabilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
