Vision 

Working with the various development teams from Cyncly organization and partners based on a subscription model, the content consumption team are the main actors responsible for connecting the various applications with the content. They represent the ambassador of the unified content platform in terms of consuming content, exposing our largest repository of unified catalogs for our various end-to-end software solutions. They provide rich quality content to empower applications use cases. 

Mission 

Deliver high quality interfaces exposing APIs, SDKs, and documentation. The team provides high level standards of Interface, documentation, and support integration of the content platform. They are responsible for making the content platform back-end APIs as the foundation for the counter part of the content consumption running client side, providing examples and support. The team is responsible for driving the core business API which defines how the content is modeled, including advance search mechanism and server-side business logic. While supporting the various teams, they collect feedback on additional needs and improvements to continuously improve the content platform to always be the bleeding edge as a content provider.

Senior AI Engineer

We are building a next-generation AI-powered content platform that enables the ingestion, transformation, and distribution of complex product data at scale.

Our platform processes structured and unstructured content (e.g., PDFs, images, catalogs, external data sources) and transforms it into high-quality, normalized data powering downstream applications such as design tools, automation workflows, and digital experiences.

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven content ingestion and transformation pipelines, combining modern LLM capabilities with robust backend engineering.

• Design and build AI-powered content ingestion pipelines to extract, transform, and normalize data from heterogeneous sources (PDFs, images, catalogs, APIs). 
• Develop scalable systems combining LLMs, deterministic processing, and validation layers to ensure high-quality outputs. 
• Implement data transformation and schema mapping strategies to align extracted content with platform data models. 
• Build and optimize AI inference pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. 
• Handle large-scale, variable, and noisy datasets, ensuring robustness across diverse input formats. 
• Design post-processing, validation, and reconciliation mechanisms to improve extraction accuracy and consistency. 
• Contribute to prompt engineering and model evaluation, including experimentation across models and approaches. 
• Collaborate with product and domain experts to incorporate real-world content constraints and user feedback into solutions. 
• Support the evolution of a multi-model architecture, selecting the right model for each use case. 
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

What We’re Looking For-

Required skills-

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend and distributed systems expertise. 
• Proven experience building AI-powered systems in production, beyond simple integrations. 
• Strong experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core, Typescript, Python and modern backend frameworks. 
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and model limitations in real-world scenarios. 
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and processing large datasets. 
• Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

AI & Content Processing Expertise

• Experience building systems for extracting data from unstructured content (e.g., PDFs, images, documents) 
• Familiarity with challenges such as: 
  • Inconsistent formats and layouts. 
  • Missing or ambiguous data. 
  • Context fragmentation across inputs. 
• Experience combining AI with deterministic logic (rules, heuristics, schema validation). 
• Ability to design structured outputs and map them to domain-specific schemas.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with content ingestion pipelines or ETL systems at scale. 
• Experience working with product catalogs, manufacturing data, or similar structured domains. 
• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop systems, feedback loops, or user-guided AI workflows. 
• Experience evaluating and comparing multiple models (e.g., GPT variants, open-source models). 
• Knowledge of data quality, validation frameworks, and reconciliation strategies. 

Tech Environment
