In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and outcomes.
• Define solution approaches, integration requirements, and implementation recommendations for AI initiatives.
• Develop and implement AI-powered applications, including chatbots, copilots, and automation tools.
• Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Claude AI) into dashboards, SharePoint tools, and business workflows.
• Build and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic for AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement AI architecture and reusable components. 
• Develop APIs and interfaces to connect AI models with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Support deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI solutions in production environments.
• Support AI adoption through demonstrations, training sessions, knowledge sharing, and user enablement activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and governance requirements.

Who You Are:

You are a hands-on developer with strong software engineering skills and a passion for leveraging AI to solve real-world business problems. You possess both the technical capability to build AI-powered applications and the curiosity to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable value. You are comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions, and continuously exploring emerging technologies to drive innovation and automation.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• 1 year experience in AI application development (Copilot AI Agent, Claude AI) and experience using AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, Cognitive Services).
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience integrating APIs and developing web or enterprise applications.
• Experience working with data sources, REST APIs, and application integration.
• Experience leading or supporting AI proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define solution requirements and success metrics.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Familiarity with Agentic Workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint integration.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and enterprise security considerations.
