Script Writer (Film, TV, Ads & AI-Driven Content)

Key Responsibilities

● Write scripts, treatments, and story outlines for ads, short-form content, episodic shows, and feature films.

● Develop character bibles, backstories, worldbuilding documents, and scene outlines.

● Collaborate with directors, producers, and editors to ensure narrative alignment with creative vision.

● Revise drafts based on internal and external feedback, maintaining narrative cohesion and strong character development.

● Utilize AI-assisted writing tools to explore variations, accelerate ideation, and enhance script development.

● Generate storyboards, beat sheets, and pitch materials when needed.

● Maintain continuity across episodes, scenes, and character arcs.

● Adapt writing style for different genres, tones, and audience segments.

Required Qualifications

● Proven experience writing for film, television, advertising, or digital content.

● Strong storytelling abilities, including structure, pacing, dialogue, and character development.

● Ability to write across genres—comedy, drama, action, documentary, branded content, etc.

● Excellent command of language, tone, and emotional storytelling techniques.

● Comfort working with AI writing tools (prompting, iterative drafting, narrative variation).

● Strong collaboration skills with directors, editors, and creative stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with writers’ rooms, collaborative drafting, or showrunning support.

● Familiarity with screenplay formats (Final Draft, Celtx, Fountain).

● Understanding of production workflows, including shot planning and post-production considerations.

● Ability to develop pitch decks, loglines, and narrative treatments for early-stage concept development.

● Experience writing for emerging media formats (interactive, immersive, AI-generated, virtual production).
