Sales Trainee

销售培训生将在油粕现货销售、生产、品控、物流等部门进行为期1年左右的轮岗工作与培训。全方位参与到油粕销售、运营和管理的各个环节，学习包括现货销售、期货交易、生产工艺、质量、市场分析、以及合同执行等知识，积累相关经验。

轮岗结束后，公司将根据培训生轮岗表现、学生自身能力与兴趣，选择相关商务团队和区域安排定岗。

• 招聘对象：2026年应届毕业生及职场新人（1-3年工作经验）
• 参考专业：经济学、金融学、统计学、国际贸易、粮油食品类、英语等商科、管理类及相关理科专业
• 本科以上学历
• 工作地点：天津，江苏张家港，东莞、广州南沙
