You'll need to build strong relationships with our clients, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with our product specialists to deliver innovative solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, and work collaboratively will be key to your success. 主要工作职责

  • 熟悉大型企业集团的管理运作,有集团客户业务拓展的能力和经验。定期拜访客户,及时跟进潜在业务机会,组织完成各项业务指标。
  • 了解市场需求和产品,根据客户的需求提供适合产品与服务,
  • 有信贷风险管理和授信的审批经验,与客户和内部风险控制官沟通授信条款的合理性。依据内部授信标准完成借款客户的信用审核报告,贷中合同拟定、以及贷后跟踪。
  • 对宏观经济和行业有一定的认识,在风险波动时可以根据内部政策及时响应并有效管理风险事件。
  • 熟悉了解相关法规,反洗钱等要求,获得相关部门的审批。
  • 有团队合作精神,与内部相关部门进行有效沟通并提供客户方案。
  • 有效的自我管理,并且保持自我学习的能力且愿意分享交流。
  • 执行上级主管及管理层安排的其他工作。

学历及专业资格要求

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 优秀的企业财务分析能力及信贷风险控制能力
  • 熟悉企业银行产品知识及业务要求
  • 良好的市场敏感度,善于捕捉业务机会
  • 优秀的人际沟通能力,具备良好的团队管理能力
  • 乐于接受挑战,能够承受工作压力
  • 5年以上企业银行相关从业经验
