Responsibilities

Performance Objectives

·       Be at the center of developing processes to ensure success for onsemi’s attainment of several corporate goals.

·       Work with stakeholders from multiple organizations to ensure corporate goal attainment

·       Aggregate and track project qualifications (tool delivery, qualifications, PCN) until production ramp is achieved

·       Aggregate and track product/site transfers to completion working with BU & PM counterparts

·       Aggregate supply resiliency requirements and work with operations & external manufacturing teams on resiliency plans

·       Provide forecast visibility to manufacturing sites by coordinating with the BU(Business Units) and SP (Supply Planning)

.       Deliver Last-Time-Buy(LTB) and Bridge Quantity Requirements to project manager through effective co-ordination with BU and SP

·       Identify, diagnose, and execute on opportunities to improve the inventory forecasting, control, and tracking.

·       Document the “As Is” and “To Be” systems and processes and roadmap.

·       Develop KPIs and metrics and report progress on a regular cadence.



Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Operations/SCM
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience working with multiple stakeholders
