About the Role
As an Agentic Design Lead within Accenture, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative KYC and compliance-led business transformations. You will work at the intersection of design, technology, and regulatory compliance, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions that drive operational excellence and client value.
This role offers the opportunity to influence key decisions, guide complex initiatives, and apply deep expertise in Agentic Design to help organizations navigate change and unlock new possibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and define new business processes aligned to client-specific KYC and regulatory requirements
• Assess current-state operations to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement innovative solutions using established methodologies, tools, and Accenture assets
• Lead and support programs that enable organizational change and adoption of new ways of working
• Collaborate with business, technology, and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Provide subject matter expertise in Agentic Design to guide decision-making across initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement by embedding best practices in risk, compliance, and process design
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation, process design, or related roles
• Master-level proficiency in Agentic Design
• Expert-level proficiency in KYC Compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Strong experience analyzing and redesigning operational processes
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study
Preferred Qualifications
• Master-level proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
• Advanced proficiency in AI Hallucination Detection and Mitigation
• Advanced proficiency in Risk Management
• Intermediate proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies
• Intermediate proficiency in Change Management
