Planning & Supply Chain Manager

• MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
  Production Planning
  Develop and implement core demand/supply planning processes, plans, and business routines to support business objectives; Establish all forecast parameters required to generate statistical forecast; Develop production plans and schedules per shipping forecasts and commitments.
• Material/Warehousing Management
  Plan the acquisition of materials, components, and supplies to support production schedules; Coordinate transportation and warehousing of incoming and outgoing materials; Coordinate inventory and production schedules to optimize costs; Maintain records of inventories for production control and cost accounting.
• Logistic and Impex
  Manage a team of logistics specialists accountable for product tracking, route analysis, and re-routing recommendations; Manage the vehicle facilities and operations; Ensure all import/export activities comply with the company’s policy, local regulations, and national law.
• Continuous Improvement
  Review existing operations, implement innovation processes, and deliver the required continuous improvement outcomes.

    Daily coach, supervise and emphasize the EHS related to maintain safe work conditions 
    Lead and supervise the supply chain department, ensure the high efficiency of logistic and DC warehouse
    Cooperate with related departments to make sure the OTD of sales and material supply 
    Manage the outsource suppliers of processes, logistics and warehouse 
    Investigate and implement the best supply chain plan for different sales channels 
    Work as key user to ensure online of SAP/ISPQF/MES

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    Bachelor of economy, business or engineer background
    >15 years’ experience of logistics and warehouse in large volume manufacturing
    >5 years Experience in HSM production planning and in-plant transportation is required; Experience in inland shipping is required
    >5 years experiences as key user of SAP and MES system 
    Experience of layout design for logistic and warehouse of large volume 
    Experience of supporting on line of ERP/MES/Logistics system
    Outsource experience 
    Good skill of excel and PPT
    Excellent oral & Writing English 
    Capability of coach, cooperation, problem solving and escalation
