Key Responsibilities:
· 遵守并执行综合管理体系相关文件要求，了解质量、环境、职业健康安全、能源方针及本岗位应履行的质量、环境、职业健康安全、能源义务，学习并遵守与本岗位相关的质量、环境、职业健康安全、能源法规和其他要求，参加公司质量、环境、职业健康安全、能源培训和教育，具备本岗位相应的工作能力；
· 参与环境因素、危险源辨识和风险评价活动、事故调查、应急响应，认真履行本岗位职责，支持公司质量、环境、职业健康安全、能源目标的实现；
· 按材料耗用标准使用原材料、工具和其它物料，经常检查并及时了解其使用情况，确保原材料和能源使用过程中的安全和成本，杜绝浪费现象； 区分生产过程中产生的可回用和不可回用的废旧物料，负责废料的分类和规范放置；对属于危险废物，严格遵照相关环境保护政策，不随意丢弃；
· 严格遵守生产工艺规程和纪律，确保产品质量。做好生产过程中的标准工作，随时关注产品质量状态，及时发现和解决质量异常，未得到允许不得擅自变更工艺标准；
· 负责影响环境因素的排查和报告，确保环保设施、设备的可用性，严格控制“三废”的产生，参与环境改善项目；
· 参与OBS活动，发现和报告危险源，观察同事的不安全行为并予指正，正确使用和穿戴劳动保护用品，工具和用具，提醒同事正确使用安全防护设施和劳动保护用品；
· 严格执行安全生产规章制度和岗位安全操作规程，遵守劳动纪律和职业道德；熟练掌握岗位安全操作技能，做到不违章，不冒险，不蛮干。对有可能造成伤害事故的工作指令，有权拒绝；
· 努力提高个人工作技能，确保在规定作业时间内完成既定工作任务，严格遵守公司行为规范和现场工作纪律；
· 按经济运行要求操作设备，每天对工装进行校验并对设备进行日常维护，确保设备点检的准确及时、点检表记录真实，及时报修和跟进设备故障的排除；协助维修人员、关注维修过程中的安全问题，做好设备运转及故障统计，不断学习掌握设备工作原理和保养方法，提高设备使用率和完好率；
· 未经允许不擅动机器、设备和厂内车辆；
· 积极参与QVS培训及改善项目在工部的顺利实施，负责协助其他团队的改善项目在本工部的进行，并确保改进措施的长期贯彻执行。
· 完成上级交办的其他工作。

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: ·
Education：
涂装专业中技或同等学历（其它条件较优异者可适当放宽）；
Experience:
从事涂装工作1年以上；
Certifications/Licenses:
了解基础焊接作业

有数控操作基础
