Job Description
AI Fluency Strategy & Programme Leadership
Lead the enterprise AI Fluency programme across CLI, developing and executing a structured strategy, roadmap and adoption plan for AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and the Power Platform.
Serve as the primary point of contact for AI enablement requests from business units across the organisation, managing demand intake and prioritising support accordingly.
Track programme health, surface risks and blockers proactively, and escalate to the AI Fluency Lead as appropriate.
Monitor industry trends in enterprise AI to continuously refine CLI’s adoption roadmap and identify emerging opportunities for competitive advantage.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Value
Engage senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, Fund Management, Corporate Communications and other business units to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value.
Drive awareness and foster a culture of AI literacy and responsible adoption across the organisation.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, programme updates and communications on AI adoption milestones, outcomes and challenges.
Coordinate across business units, internal teams and external vendors to ensure aligned and coherent delivery.
Enablement, Training & Adoption
Design and deliver training programmes, workshops and enablement sessions (e.g. Copilot, AI agents, Power Platform) for employees at all levels, from executives to frontline staff.
Develop playbooks, best practice guides and self-service resources to build AI capability across the organisation.
Drive identification, prioritisation and scaling of AI use cases across the organisation.
Enable business users to build their own low-code / no-code AI solutions through agent builder enablement and coaching.
Governance & Responsible AI
Oversee AI governance and adoption frameworks, ensuring consistent, compliant and responsible use of AI tools across CLI.
Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity and HR to embed appropriate guardrails, policies and change management practices into the AI programme.
Ensure deployed solutions adhere to data privacy (e.g. PDPA), cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership & Development
Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and coordination to the AI Fluency team.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering capability growth and a high-performance team culture.
Liaise with external vendors to coordinate delivery and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a programme management, change management or digital transformation role.
Demonstrated experience driving technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives at enterprise scale.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio and the Power Platform; hands-on experience is an advantage.
Good understanding of AI and generative AI concepts, governance considerations and responsible AI principles.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence at senior levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable translating ambiguity into actionable plans.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and partners.
A proactive self-starter with leadership presence and the ability to galvanise teams around a shared vision.
Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g. PDPA) and cybersecurity principles relevant to enterprise AI deployment.
