Manager - AI Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly capable AI Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery and internal product development of AI-driven solutions across our Middle East AI portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of AI delivery, enterprise architecture, and product execution. The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent initiatives while being technically credible enough to shape solution design, guide engineering decisions, and accelerate early-stage solution validation through to production readiness.

This is not a traditional PM role. It requires someone who can operate strategically with leadership while remaining technically hands-on — able to engage deeply in architecture discussions, challenge design assumptions, and unblock development teams when required.

Program & Delivery Leadership

• Lead and manage multiple AI and digital product initiatives from concept through deployment.

• Own delivery roadmaps, milestones, and budget alignment across the Middle East AI portfolio.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, software developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

• Establish structured governance, reporting, and performance metrics to ensure predictable execution.

   

Technical Oversight & Architecture

• Contribute to solution architecture design for AI/ML and software-based platforms.

• Ensure scalable, secure, enterprise-grade architecture aligned with long-term strategy.

• Guide engineering teams on system design, APIs, data models, and cloud-native patterns.

• Translate business requirements into technically sound solution blueprints.

AI Solution Development & Validation

• Drive structured experimentation and technical validation of new AI use cases.

• Ensure solutions transition efficiently from initial concept through scalable production deployment.

• Identify technical risks early and define mitigation strategies.

• Embed responsible AI, security, and lifecycle management practices into delivery.

   

Strategic & Enterprise Alignment

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify AI and automation opportunities aligned to business priorities.

• Align initiatives with broader enterprise architecture and digital transformation roadmaps.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend pragmatic adoption strategies.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or digital product delivery.

• Proven experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, or platform-based solutions.

• Strong grounding in solution architecture and enterprise architecture principles.

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.

• Comfortable operating at both strategic and technical depth.

Technical Familiarity (Expected Exposure to Several)

• Programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL

• AI/ML: LLM integrations, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, MLOps practices

• Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git

• Architecture: API-first design, microservices, data governance, security standards

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent

• Cloud or AI certifications (Azure AI, AWS ML, etc.)

• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
