Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee], [Mergers & Accquisitions and PDM]
In this role, The Product Data Integration Specialist has a role within the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Product Data Team and is responsible for using their product knowledge to match & create new items throughout the M&A Team's conversion process
Responsibilities
    Create, Maintain and update product information in ERPs and MDM systems to support business goals.
    Manage workflow and intake requests through Smartsheet UI for product data updates and integration.
    Manage the full lifecycle of product data—including intake, creation, maintenance, and discontinuation—across multiple MDM, PIM, and ERP systems, ensuring strict adherence to data governance standards and quality controls
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams led by Product data stewards —including EHS, category management, warehouse, shipping and transportation—to ensure data standardization and align product data requirements across all omnichannel platforms.
    Perform data audits and implement corrective actions to maintain high data integrity.
    Analyze product data sourced from acquisition business units to identify matches within Oracle or determine need for new product SKUs; create new SKUs when needed. 
    Participate in or lead daily, weekly, or monthly meetings; review, track, and report on project statuses; identify deviations or adverse trends; develop reports for leadership as needed. 
    Provide status information to all project stakeholders, escalating risks to managers as needed. 
    Monitor external feedback and incorporate it into the M&A Product Data Team's processes. 
    Facilitate task completion with project teams across the company. 
    Contribute to non-conversion-related tasks/projects assigned to the M&A Data Team.
    Highlight and take appropriate help from the Lead on SOP deviations or issues
    Raise incident tickets to the relevant helpdesks when there is an issue
    Participate in idea generation and improvement activities
    Update /maintain SOP 
    Take signoff on SOP from client as per agreed timelines
    Support special projects as needed

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
    Experience – Relevant Experience
    Education\:  Bachelor’s degree

Technical Skills\: 
    Proficient in MS Excel and tools used for vendor/product data management
    Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems
    Good to have SQL knowledge and ETL
    Proficient in MS Excel and tools used for vendor/product data management
    Master data management experience 
    Experience in construction equipment distribution sales retail operations, or supply chain (inventory/product management)
    Experience with Semarchy (MDM tool) and Oracle ERP
    Familiarity with vendor onboarding portals (e.g., Syndigo)
    Omnichannel experience – ability to understand omnichannel business requirements and translate into actionable product data needs.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
    Hands-on experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) product data integration
    Strong product data knowledge (especially construction) and ability to manage large datasets
    Manage product data conversion processes during acquisitions, including de-duplication, identification of new products and creation of new products within existing catalogs.
    Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills 
    Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data modeling) 
    Experience with Oracle ERP for data loading, extraction, and audit reporting 
    Familiarity with Semarchy MDM, More4Apps, and Smartsheet workflow management 
    Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
    Forward-thinking and adaptable mindset
    Process and technical Documentation experience, Continuous improvement opportunities identification
