Maintenance Technician

职责概述：

根据总体指示，确保适当和及时的生产设备维护，维修和安装，以保证最大的运营效率。

主要工作职责：  

1. 负责现场生产设备的在线维修工作，紧急处理突发性设备故障。

2. 实施最佳的预防性维护(PM)并确保维护质量,减少对生产部门的影响,减少停机时间。

3. 确保设备故障时采取有效措施,负责鉴别故障原因及实施纠正措施。

4. 制定并不断改进维护计划,对设备进行持续改进,确保其处于良好工作状态。

5. 确保基于数据分析结果制定决策措施,熟悉PLC系统.

6. 具备独立处理设备故障处理能力。

7. 要求加班，以满足内部及外部客户要求。

8. 完成指定的其他工作。

任职资格要求：

1.大专以上学历,主修电气工程、机械工程或相关领域（技术能力优秀者可放至中专）

2.5年以上大型重工业，蓄电池行业，机械制造业等相关行业设备维修工作经验。

3.能够阅读电气图纸或设备装配图。

4.会PLC编程基本知识者优先.

5.懂得EHS和 TPM基本知识。

6.具有较强的安全及质量意识。

7.良好的学习意愿和团队合作精神 。

8.会简单英语的读，写及交流者优先。

附加证书要求：

• 电工操作证

• 电焊操作证

• 其它特殊工种操作证
