Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Drive the continuous improvement projects and machine reliability in the organization; 负责在全工厂推动持续改进和机械可靠性表现;
• Provide technical guidance and facilitate the CI projects and SMP projects; 对改善项目和工厂小项目提供全面技术支持和协调;
• Coach and train each department in Continuous Improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices); 使用精益和six Sigma工具培训和辅导各个部门;
• Improve the manufacturing or other business processes using Value Stream Mapping and the other lean tool; 通过VSM或其他精益工具来改进生产制造及其他业务流程;
• Organize LWA(lost & Waste Analyses) and generate Kaizen projects 组织损失浪费分析并产生改善项目；
• Leverage the best practices implementation and promotion 运用最佳实践在工厂内执行和推广；
• Establish training plan and complete on schedule 建立工厂培训计划并确保按时完成
• Establish the continuous improvement culture in the organization. 在组织内建立持续改进的文化。
• Complete other task assigned by operations manager 完成其他由运营经理指定的任务

What Makes You the Right Fit

Education & Knowledge:

• Diploma degree or above in food science, biotechnology or biochemical / chemical/Automation engineering, solid knowledge on lean six sigma methodology
• 教育&知识：具备大专及以上学历，食品科学、生物技术或化学或自动化工程相关专业，精通精益生产和6 sigma知识
• Experience: 15 years working experience in food industry or biotechnology or microbiology and 3 years’ experience on CI project
• 经验15年以上食品，生物技术或生物化学行业工作经验，具有3年以上改善项目实施经验

Language:

• Good English both in oral and written
• 语言：良好的英语读写能力
• A self-starter and highly organized
• 自主性和高度的组织性
• Excellent written and oral communication is essential.
• 优秀的书面和语言表达能力
• Percentage of travel required:  10% of work
• 出差比例：10%
