What You'll Do
Design and develop engaging instructor-led and e-learning training programs
Create AI-powered learning experiences, simulations, and interactive training content.
Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and build effective solutions
Manage instructional design projects from concept to implementation
Develop multimedia learning materials using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360, videos, and other digital content
Support Learning Management System (LMS) content deployment and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
1β3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design
BPO/Contact Center experience is highly preferred
Experience using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Passion for creating innovative learning experiences and leveraging AI in training.
Amenable to a hybrid work setup based in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City, with occasional travel to other Probe CX sites
