Inside Sales Specialist- Shanghai

Here are the main responsibilities you will carry out as an Inside Sales Specialist:

• Contact existing software users in China to accelerate direct sales coverage and identify new sales opportunities
• Qualify prospects and transfer them to account managers
• Assist account managers in scheduling customer meetings  
• Update company database to ensure data integrity including opportunities and contacts during telephone conversations   
• Assist Account Managers in contacting customers to increase participation in various events or targeted campaign initiatives (marketing events, seminars, etc.) with the support of the European Operations team   
• Perform any other tasks that may contribute to the Sales Department's improvement, development and sales growth

• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Have 2 years of experience in presales
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Have experience using a CRM
• Possess great communication skills (written/spoken)
• Possess a good level of English (written/spoken)
• Conducts tasks in a structured and organized manner
• Show great capacity at prioritizing tasks and following procedures
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Be endowed with good judgment and sales acumen
