About the Opportunity 

This role leads client communications and project management for regional rollouts of the global recruiting technology stack for a project with Teleperformance. The Implementations Manager ensures on-time, high-quality deployments while coordinating Workday integration and training across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Under the project with Teleperformance, this role will own day-to-day project management: status reporting, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and cross-functional coordination with Product, Solution Architecture, Change & Training, and local operations. 

  • Ensure that user needs (recruiters, hiring managers, coordinators) are clearly captured during discovery and reflected in configuration, workflows, and training plans. 

  • Drive a structured hypercare period after go-live, ensuring issues are triaged and resolved, lessons learned are documented, and ownership is transitioned to Support. 

  • Act as the primary client liaison during regional implementations. 

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and post-go-live support. 

  • Coordinate Workday integration testing and data validation. 

  • Facilitate alignment between global product and local teams. 

  • Support standardization of deployment practices. 

Required Skills & Experience 

  • 5+ years in implementation, client management, or HR tech delivery. 

  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or Workday integrations preferred. 

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred. 

  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills. 

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for regional rollouts.
