1. Architecting Autonomous Intelligence

• As the Engineering Manager, you are the custodian of our AI roadmap. You will lead the development of specialized AI Agents designed for deep reasoning over complex financial and contractual data. These agents are the "Special Forces" of our platform—autonomous entities that go beyond dashboards to suggest real-time, high-impact savings strategies.

2. Engineering Sovereignty & SaaS Excellence

• You will oversee the design and development of our Enterprise SaaS product. This requires a deep understanding of multi-tenancy, high-availability, and the rigorous data security standards required by Fortune 500 clients. You will ensure the platform remains modular, scalable, and resilient as we integrate deeper AI capabilities.

• You will lead a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team. Your role is to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value—articulating the ROI of technical decisions to the C-suite while mentoring engineers to think like product owners.

• The Domain Expert: Ideally, you have experience in Procurement Technology or Fintech. You understand what a Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) needs to move the needle.
