Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field: Electrical / Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering
• Work experience in electric drive systems or components such as battery, motor, power electronics development

• Familiar with electric drive system architecture and components such as motor, inverter, DC-DC, PDU and chargers, etc.

• Responsibility:

The job will be related to the following but not limited to

• Electric drive system requirements and specification development based on machine performance requirements

• Electric drive system concept development

负责电驱动系统方案的概念设计与开发

• Define requirements for components and control system

明确元器件及控制系统的技术需求与规格要求

• Lead system DFMEA and validation plan

主导电驱动系统 DFMEA（设计失效模式与影响分析）编制及验证方案制定

• Lead system design review

主导电驱动系统设计评审工作

• Test bed development

负责测试台架的开发工作

• Collaborate with machine and other system team to deliver the project

与设备团队及其他系统团队协作，确保项目顺利交付

• NPI issue resolution

负责新产品导入（NPI）过程中的问题解决
