Work you'll do

Consider client day-to-day operations deliver solution requirements, understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn industry best practices, translate client needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformationWork across a variety of projects and build knowledge across relevant domainsDiagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problemsArticulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clientsConsider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoptionCapture user requirements and translate into business and digitally enabled solutions across a range of industriesLead discovery workshops, user interviews, and facilitate stakeholder meetings Support the development and implementation of quality business digital solutions for the client and align delivery to business goals

We are looking for someone with

• To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas: 

  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 6+ years or more of post-qualification IT consulting or relevant experience
  • Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and system design. Agile, Scrum Master, or Project Management certifications is a plus
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong business acumen, excellent working attitude, self-motivated, and a team player 
  • Good client management experience, and able to deal with both business users and technical personnel
  • Ability to apply rich and deep knowledge of 2-3 Advertising, Marketing & Commerce domain offerings to deliver Advertising, Marketing & Commerce transformation plan and drive the Advertising, Marketing & Commerce agenda.
  • Ability to leverage specialized Advertising, Marketing & Commerce domain knowledge of 2-3 specific marketing offerings to make recommendations that enable client’s strategic marketing agenda.
