Job Title: Chief Platform Architect – BIM Automation & AI
Reporting To: Vice President – Production & Delivery
Location: India (Madurai / Durgapur / Jaipur) with domestic and international travel as required.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5+ years in an AI/Automation leadership role (primary requirement and prioritized during screening).
- Supported by 10+ years of overall experience in BIM, VDC, AEC technology delivery, digital engineering, or similar engineering platforms.
Team Leadership:
Lead and provide strategic direction to an existing R&D team of approximately 20 members.
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, Architecture, or equivalent qualification in AEC/BIM.
- Certifications in BIM, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ISO 19650, or AI/Automation will be an added advantage.

Role Overview
The Chief Platform Architect – BIM Automation & AI will lead the organization's platform strategy at the intersection of AI-driven automation, BIM engineering, and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC).
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on leadership in AI, automation, scripting, digital transformation, or workflow automation.
- 10+ years of overall experience in BIM/VDC or AEC technology.
- Strong exposure to Autodesk/BIM/3D modeling platforms.
- Proven ability to automate BIM workflows.
- Working understanding of Architecture, Structural, MEP, and Construction Coordination workflows.
The successful candidate will lead an existing team of approximately 20 R&D professionals while driving platform innovation, BIM production intelligence, and enterprise-scale automation initiatives.

1. Platform Strategy & BIM Productization
- Define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for the Client's BIM engineering platform.
- Transform repetitive BIM engineering workflows into scalable platform capabilities.

- Ensure platform capabilities align with real production workflows across Architecture, Structural, MEP, and Construction disciplines.
- Standardize BIM execution processes across geographies and client engagements.
3. AI, Automation & Digital Transformation
- Lead enterprise automation initiatives using:
- Artificial Intelligence

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Engineering, AI, Sales, and Client Success teams.
- Translate BIM operational challenges into technology solutions.
- Support client demonstrations, proposals, and solutioning.
- Represent the Client at industry conferences and technology forums.
6. Internal Systems Integration
- Own data architecture connecting production systems including BPMS, ProHance, and BIM platforms.
- Integrate automation outputs into enterprise reporting.
- Leverage productivity data to prioritize automation opportunities.
- Ensure integration with ERP, estimation, and project management systems.
7. Governance, Quality & Business Impact
- Define KPIs around:
- Productivity

- Develop SOPs, playbooks, QA frameworks, and knowledge repositories.

8. Estimation Support
- Support high-value project estimation using historical productivity benchmarks.
- Participate in estimation reviews for major projects alongside Technical and Production leadership.
