Job Description:

Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Business Intelligence & AI Analytics Intern. Huntsman Global Business Services (GBS) KL is seeking a dynamic and tech-curious intern to support our Business Intelligence (BI) and AI initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience with building dashboards, and exploring how AI and GenAI can enhance reporting, insights, and decision-making across the organization.

This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As a Business Intelligence & AI Analytics Intern you will: 

Support the development and enhancement of BI dashboards and reports

Assist with data preparation, validation, and modelling

Collaborate with business & analytics teams to translate requirements into reporting solutions

Explore and help pilot AI-enabled analytics use cases

Help document BI solutions, data definitions, best practices, and training materials

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

Strong communication and analytical skills

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

Team player with a growth mindset

Able to adapt quickly and work independently when needed

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Strong command of English (spoken and written)

Able to commit to the full internship duration
