Salary Range: up to ₱300,000

Work Setup: Onsite 

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Makati City

 

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll drive growth by helping clients adopt cutting-edge data and AI solutions.
 
This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving adoption of Azure Data & AI services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that enable smarter decisions and business transformation.
  

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Microsoft’s Data & AI solutions including: Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Services, Microsoft Fabric.
  • Develop and execute territory/account plans aligned with customer priorities
  • Lead customer conversations around data modernization, analytics strategy, and AI adoption
  • Collaborate with Microsoft account teams, solution architects, and partners to co-sell and deliver value
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiation
  • Stay current on Microsoft’s evolving Data & AI offerings and industry trends 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years success in enterprise technology sales, preferably in cloud, data, or AI domains.
  • Experience with data architecture, AI strategy, and/or analytics transformation.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience working with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystem is a plus.
