The Role
You will be responsible for generating new business for Storia in the International market. The primary channel is cold outreach: calling brand marketing teams, agency leads, and production heads to pitch Storia's AI video production services and convert them into paying clients.
This means:
- Making Cold calls per day to prospective clients across different industries based on research.
- Using Lead Generation tool provided to generate and qualify leads.
- Running targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and direct calls.
- Owning your pipeline end to end: prospecting, first call, follow-up, proposal coordination, closure.
- Learning Storia's service offerings and pricing deeply enough to pitch without a script.
- Identifying high-value signals (hiring posts, campaign launches, brand refreshes) and using them to craft sharp, personalized outreach.
- Coordinating with the creative team to prepare proposals and sample materials for prospects.
- Tracking all activity and pipeline in our CRM with zero excuses on data hygiene.
- Hitting weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and deals closed.
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales, BD, telecalling, or any outbound client-facing role. Freshers who are genuinely hungry can apply.
- Fluent in English. Additional International languages are a plus.
- Comfortable on the phone. Not afraid of rejection. Can handle hearing 'no' 40 times a day and still dial the 41st.
- Baseline understanding of digital content, social media, or video production. You don't need to be an expert, but you need to care about the space.
- Self-motivated. You will not be micromanaged. You will be measured by results and KPIs.
- Any graduate. Marketing, media, or communications background is a plus but not required.
