Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Data Scientist – Forecasting, AI/ML & NLP,
In this role, you need to provide foundational analytical support across data collection, validation, reporting, and basic analysis to ensure reliable input for business and operational decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and project managers to develop, test, and deploy scalable forecasting models and analytical solutions in a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Validation
Identify and extract data from approved internal systems and external sources
Execute predefined data validation checks (completeness, accuracy, timeliness)
Perform routine data cleansing, deduplication, and formatting
Document data issues and escalate inconsistencies
Data Integration & Transformation
Support ETL/ELT processes under supervision
Apply standard transformation logic and business rules
Maintain metadata, data dictionaries, and lineage documentation
Analysis & Reporting
Conduct descriptive analysis on customer and product datasets
Prepare recurring operational and financial reports
Populate dashboards and scorecards using defined templates
Validate report outputs prior to stakeholder distribution
Operational Support & Compliance
Adhere to data governance, security, and safeguarding standards
Support audit requests and documentation requirements
Deliverables
Clean, validated datasets
Standardized reports and dashboards
Data quality issue logs
Minimum Qualification:
Master’s in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Hands on Experience in SQL, Excel, Python
Good knowledge on Power BI / Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
