👉 Build a content + growth engine that gets us to 1M+ followers this year

💥 WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS
You are:
- A content creator
- A growth operator
- A tester
- A builder
You are NOT:
- A “social media manager”
- A “brand strategist”
- Someone who waits for direction
You will create AND execute.
🔥 WHAT YOU WILL OWN
If it touches growth, you own it:
- Follower growth across all platforms
- Engagement (comments, shares, saves, DMs)
- Content production (a lot of it)
- Profile optimization (bios, links, pinned posts)
- Community engagement (daily)
- Paid amplification (ads to scale winners)
- Platform expansion (Telegram, etc.)
If growth isn’t happening → you fix it.
⚡ CONTENT EXPECTATIONS (READ THIS TWICE)
We are building a content machine.
You will:
- Produce 100+ pieces of content per week per platform mindset
- Turn 1 idea into 20+ variations
- Create:
- short-form videos
- clips
- carousels
- hooks
- captions
- repost variants
You must be FAST.
You must be GOOD.
You must not ship garbage.
🤖 AI + TOOLS
You will use AI heavily:
- scripting
- editing
- repurposing
- scaling
We will give you tools.
You are expected to figure it the f* out (FITFO)** and use them to move faster than anyone else.
🚫 WHAT WE DO NOT WANT (READ CAREFULLY)
We already tried this.
We do NOT want someone who:
- posts the same content across all platforms
- fills out reports but doesn’t drive results
- talks about strategy but doesn’t execute
- ignores comments, DMs, and community
- lets profiles sit outdated
- waits to be told what to do
- ships “good enough” content

🧠 WHAT WE ACTUALLY NEED
We need someone who:
- creates content AND improves it
- sees bad content and fixes it immediately
- pushes for better hooks, better edits, better messaging
- tests constantly (hooks, formats, styles)
- knows what’s working on TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. RIGHT NOW
- adapts content per platform (no lazy cross-posting)
- engages with the audience daily
- builds momentum, not just posts
📈 GROWTH EXPECTATIONS
Every week we should see:
- follower growth
- engagement growth
- better content
- new experiments
- smarter execution
No stagnant weeks.
No excuses.
🌍 PLATFORM EXPECTATIONS
You will actively build on:
- Facebook
- Instagram (relaunch)
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Telegram (launch + grow)
Each platform should feel native, not duplicated.
✈️ TRAVEL
You will travel.
- 1–2 trips per month (sometimes more)
- Content shoots, events, markets
- You must be comfortable filming, creating, and moving fast on-site

Requirements✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience growing social accounts (show results)
- Strong video/content creation skills (short-form especially)
- Comfortable producing high-volume content
- Experience with AI tools for content creation
- Understanding of social algorithms and trends
- Experience with paid ads is a big plus
- Strong English communication
